Christmas is in two days, and with a big extended family it feels like Christmas has been a few weeks long! The kids can hardly contain their excitement. The magic of Christmas, I think we lose as we get older, but kids have it.
I love spending time with my family during the holidays. It’s probably the most important part of all the festivities. No matter what people believe winter is a time that brings people together. I personally believe in celebrating Jesus Christ’s birth and life. Others have their own belief systems, even if they do not include any divine beings. I am glad that there is diversity of beliefs, because it shows that each person is free to think, believe and feel for themselves. No one can make you believe in one thing or another, that’s your choice. How wonderful is that?! We are each special and unique. I don’t think most people hear that enough.
I know that probably no one will read this, because I have no followers. Regardless of that fact, I still want to post this. Who knows someone may stumble upon it.

I have tried posting things under hash tags and they don’t seem to go there. What am I doing wrong? Mostly, I have tried to post a picture to the HappyWholidays tag and it hasn’t gone there.
